江西省地方税务局为扩大内需和促进经济社会发展,审时度势,将2009年定位为系统效能建设年。为此,全省地税系统上下都在为如何扎实有效地开展好地税效能建设深深地思考着。笔者本着使地税办事效率进一步提高、服务态度进一步改善、政务环境进一步优化、工作作风明显转变为出发点,结合工作实际,对地税系统效能建设做了一些粗浅的探索。
In order to expand domestic demand and promote economic and social development, Jiangxi Local Taxation Bureau examined the current situation and set 2009 as the year of system efficiency. To this end, the province’s land tax system from top to bottom for how to carry out a solid and effective development of land tax efficiency thinking deeply. Based on the further improvement of efficiency of local government taxation services, further improvement of service attitude, further optimization of government affairs environment and transformation of work style, the author made some superficial exploration on the efficiency construction of local government taxation system.
