2005年1月27日,美国EMC公司与中国软件与解决方案提供商———东软共同举行了“EMC存储技术授权培训中心揭牌仪式”。双方将在国内共同推广EMC基础和高级存储工程师培训,为中国市场带来急需的培训产品与服务,提供人才培训服务,推动中国行业和企业信息化的进程。仪式结束后,我们采访了EMC技术及合作业务发展总经理PeterManning先生、EMC技术解决方案部总经理EricChen和东软集团副总裁兼CTO方发和。他们对存储技术人才的社会需求、人才标准等很多大学生关心的问题表达了自己的看法。
January 27, 2005, the United States EMC Corporation and the Chinese software and solutions provider --- Neusoft jointly held the “EMC storage technology licensing training center inaugurated.” Both parties will jointly promote the training of EMC basic and advanced storage engineers in China, bring about much-needed training products and services to the Chinese market, provide personnel training services, and promote the progress of information-based industries and enterprises in China. After the ceremony, we interviewed Mr. Peter Manning, General Manager of EMC Technology and Cooperative Business Development, Mr. Eric Chen, General Manager of EMC Technology Solution Division and Mr. Fang Fahe, Vice President and CTO of Neusoft Group. They expressed their views on the social concerns of talented people in storage, the standard of talented people, and many other issues of interest to undergraduates.
