“一带一路”战略的实施,形成了一个巨大的国际竞争空间,对城市轨道交通人才培养而言既是机遇也是挑战。从国际化视角出发,可以发现“一带一路”战略视角下城市轨道交通人才培养中存在着学生竞争意识淡薄、认知存在偏差、院校盲目扩大招生等问题。针对这些问题,分析环境、企业、院校、学生等影响城市轨道交通人才培养结构的因素,并从学校战略设计、师资队伍建设、学生培养等方面提出改革措施,有助于我们适应国际化人才培养的需要。
The implementation of the “Belt and Road” strategy has created a huge space for international competition and is both an opportunity and a challenge for the personnel training of urban rail transit. From an international perspective, we can find that under the “One Belt and One Road” strategy, there are some problems in the training of urban rail transit personnel such as weak sense of competition, deviation of cognition and blind enrollment expansion in colleges and universities.
