新疆中天山隧道在采用TBM开挖过程中,遇到的地质条件十分复杂,断层裂隙发育、围岩破碎、地下裂隙水十分丰富,DK148+145~DK148+295隧洞围岩属于v级围岩。在TBM通过此段不良地质地段时,采用了超前地质钻探、聚氨酯化学灌浆、喷锚、钢拱架、小导管注浆等技术措施,有效解决了排水问题,防止了掌子面围岩的坍塌,保证了TBM安全通过,按时完成了开挖进度,取得了良好的施工效果。
During the excavation process of TBM in Xinjiang Tiantianshan Tunnel, the geological conditions encountered are very complicated, the fault fissures develop, the surrounding rock is broken and the underground fissure water is very rich. The surrounding rock of DK148 + 145 ~ DK148 + 295 tunnel belongs to v-grade surrounding rock.
