1 工程概述西霞院反调节水库位于黄河最下一个峡谷河段的出口段,上距小浪底水利枢纽16km,下距郑州花园口112km,坝址控制流域面积69.46万 km~2。左岸为河南省洛阳市吉利区,右岸为洛阳市孟津县。西霞院反调节水库总库容1.62亿 m~3,土坝最大坝高21.0m,电站最大坝高51.5m 电站装机140MW,年发电量5.9亿 kw.h,灌溉农田面积7.59万 hm~2。其开发任务是为小浪底水
1 Project Overview Xixiayuan Anti-Regulation Reservoir is located at the exit of the most canyon section of the Yellow River. It is 16km away from Xiaolangdi Water Control Project and 112km away from Huayuankou of Zhengzhou. Its control basin covers an area of 694600 km2. The left bank is Geely district in Luoyang City, Henan Province, and the right bank is Mengjin County in Luoyang City. The total storage capacity of Xixiayuan anti-regulation reservoir is 162 million m 3, the maximum dam height of earth dam is 21.0 m, the maximum dam height of power station is 51.5 m, and the installed capacity of power station is 140 MW. The annual generating capacity is 590 million kw.h and the irrigated farmland area is 75,900 hm 2. Its development mission is Xiaolangdi water
