对重庆爪嫩姜在30℃~4℃,相对湿度(90±5)%下裸藏,以包装在10℃和30℃贮藏为对照,进行贮藏品质的研究。结果表明,在10℃包装贮藏的效果最佳。
The clawed ginger was stored at 30 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ and relative humidity (90 ± 5)%, and stored at 10 ℃ and 30 ℃ for comparison. The storage quality was studied. The results showed that the best packaging and storage at 10 ℃.
