妇产科护理学领域之中必然会存在女性生殖器官等研究性内容,因此在后续临床实习工作组织过程中,也将会因此滋生出一系列隐私和伦理类医患纠纷现象,最终不利于妇产科实习学生各项技能和素质的合理化发展。在此类背景下,笔者决定在理清目前妇产科护理学人文素质教育的实际状况基础上,透过不同路径制定实施可靠性的应对策略,希望能够为广大实习生更好地适应妇产科护理工作,提供保障。
