阜南县邢庙大沟(南流入润河)上的邢庙闸自1958年建闸以来,即由农民专人看管。管闸人员的报酬是大队统一记工分,参加收益单位的分配。邢满堂是1962年接管看闸的,那时他除给过路人卖开水外,没敢开展多种经营,一家五口人生活很困难。三中全会后,党的致富政策使他得以放手发展多种经营。1980年以来,他除了管闸,还开展农工副等项生产,收入逐年有所增加,1984年收入近万元,今年预计达到1.2万元。拥有固定资产四万余元,邢满堂致富之路是:以养殖业为主,有计划安排农业,发展加工业,促进养殖业的发展。
