以大客车车体动力学建模为例,探讨了机械结构解析与系统识别相结合的综合建模模式。论述了对车体以特征系统识别算法(ERA)识别结果修改有限元计算模型,以及从识别信息中提取物理坐标下结构参数的数学原理及实施方法。研究表明,文中方法可以更精确、更真实地对机械系统动力学特性模型进行分析、评价和预测。
Taking the bus body dynamics modeling as an example, the comprehensive modeling mode combining mechanical structure analysis with system identification is discussed. This paper discusses the mathematical principle and implementation method of modifying the finite element model of the car body with the identification results of the characteristic system recognition algorithm (ERA) and extracting the structural parameters under the physical coordinates from the identification information. The research shows that the method in this paper can analyze, evaluate and predict the mechanical system dynamics model more accurately and truthfully.
