原发性高血压病(PET病人对摄入高钠后,因其血压的反应不同,被分为对盐敏感及盐抵抗二类。本文着重对一组高血压盐敏感病人及高血压盐抵抗病人其尿白蛋白排泄(UAE),肾血流动力学及其对心血管并发症的影响进行研究。方法舒张压≥12.7kPa者为研究对象,剔除心肌梗死、充血性心衰、卒中、糖尿病及肝病、妇女怀孕或服避孕药以及滥用药或嗜酒病人。研究前中止任何抗高血压药物至少四周。通过各项检查,完全排除继发性高血压。22例病人(平均年龄50±3.1岁)给予低钠摄入(20mEq/d)7天、继以高钠摄入
