基于航运班轮运输的大宗原材料供应方式,模拟并研究大型生产企业库存优化问题。结合企业产成品日订单需求量的概率分布、产量盈亏平衡点、流水线设计能力等确定库存的随机输出量;依据订货量与班轮日历确定库存的输入量及输入时点,考虑原材料的库存持有成本、订货成本、港口换装成本、公路集卡运输成本及缺货成本建立仿真模型,并对所建模型的特殊性给予充分分析。依据时间步长法理念对仿真算法进行逻辑流程分析,采用解空间遍历搜索方法获得原材料采购环节的库存优化策略,利用MATLAB编程获得特定算例的仿真最优解。仿真结果表明订货量、班轮供货间隔是左右库存仿真映像优化水平的核心要素。
Based on the supply of bulk raw materials for shipping liner transportation, the stock optimization problem of large-scale manufacturing enterprises is simulated and studied. The random output of inventory is determined according to the probability distribution, the yield breakeven point and the design ability of pipeline in order to meet the requirement of orders of finished products in the enterprise. The input and output of inventory are determined according to order quantity and calendar, Cost, order cost, port facelift cost, transportation cost of truck and road truck, and the cost of out-of-stock. The simulation model is established, and the particularity of the model is fully analyzed. According to the concept of time step method, the simulation algorithm is analyzed by logic flow, the inventory optimization strategy of raw material procurement is obtained by solving the space traversal searching method, and the simulation optimal solution of a specific example is obtained by using MATLAB programming. The simulation results show that the order quantity and the liner delivery interval are the core elements in the optimization of inventory simulation images.
