四川农业劳动力的大规模跨区域流动,是经济发展过程中必然的产物,其对经济增长所带来的积极作用是双向的。一方面能有效减轻农村就业压力,扩大经营规模,提高耕地利用效率,通过开辟新的农业投资来提高农业生产水平;另一方面可以显著降低工业生产的劳动力成本,提高生产效益,同时弥补城市内部服务供给系统的不足,推动城市第三产业的更快发展,加速工业化和城市化进程。
The large-scale trans-regional migration of agricultural labors in Sichuan is an inevitable outcome of the economic development and its positive effect on economic growth is two-way. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce the employment pressure in rural areas, expand the scale of operation, improve the efficiency of arable land utilization, raise the level of agricultural production by opening up new agricultural investment; on the other hand, it can significantly reduce the labor cost of industrial production and increase the production efficiency, The shortage of service supply system will promote the rapid development of the tertiary industry in the city and speed up the process of industrialization and urbanization.
