《江西农业科技》1981年第十期上发表了叶顺万同志题为《试论杂种优势固定的可能性》的文章,读后也想谈一点自己的看法。根据遗传学上的分离和独立分配规律,该文认为,具有 AAbbCCdd 基因型与具有 aaBBccDD 基因的两个类型亲本杂交后,在后代 F_2中可得到少量(1/256)的具有 AABBCCDD 基因型的个体(类型),这种个体能保持双亲的全部优点。这按显性学说对杂种优势的解释,是无可非议的,并早已成为有性杂交育种的系统选择理论而在实践中应用。然而,这作为杂种优势固定
In the tenth issue of “Jiangxi Agricultural Science and Technology” in 1981, Comrade Yeh Shun-Wan published an article titled “The Possibility of Fixing the Heterosis.” After reading, he also wanted to talk about his own views. According to the rules of genetic segregation and independent distribution, this paper argues that a few (1/256) individuals with AABBCCDD genotype can be obtained in offspring F_2 after AAbbCCdd genotype is crossed with two types of parents with aaBBccDD gene (Type), this individual can maintain all the advantages of both parents. This explanation according to the dominant theory of heterosis is beyond reproach and has long been the systematic choice theory of sexual cross breeding and has been applied in practice.
