采用国产CSR(China Shanghai Resin)和聚碳酸酯塑料片作为探测器,聚乙烯塑料膜和天然铀层作为辐射体,以内外辐射型分别测量了10~6—10~(11)n/cm~2范围内14MeV中子通量。研究表明,CSR探测器能成功地探测5×10~7—6×10~(10)n/cm~2范围内快中子通量。CSR探测器的平均探测效率为2.88×10~(-5)径迹/中子;CSR和聚乙烯反冲质子辐射体组合探测器探测中子的平均效率为3.32×10~(-5)径迹/中子。聚碳酸酯和天然铀辐射体组合探测器测量14MeV中子通量在2.5×10~7—5.0×10~(10)n/cm~2范围内,其探测中子的平均效率为1.75×l0~(-6)径迹/中子。
Using China Shanghai Resin and polycarbonate plastic sheet as detectors, polyethylene plastic film and natural uranium layer as the radiator, the internal and external radiation patterns were measured respectively by 10 ~ 6-10 ~ (11) n / cm ~ 2 range of 14MeV neutron flux. Research shows that the CSR detector can successfully detect fast neutron flux in the range of 5 × 10 ~ 7-6 × 10 ~ (10) n / cm ~ 2. The average detection efficiency of CSR detector is 2.88 × 10 ~ (-5) track / neutron. The average neutron detection efficiency of CSR and PE recoil proton detector is 3.32 × 10 ~ (-5) Trace / Neutron. The measured neutron flux of 14 MeV in the range of 2.5 × 10 ~ 7-5.0 × 10 ~ (10) n / cm ~ 2 measured by the combination of polycarbonate and natural uranium radiator detector showed that the average efficiency of neutron detection was 1.75 × 10 ~ (-6) track / neutron.
