报告了用五倍子提取液对体外培养的3~5代兔眼结膜成纤维细胞的抑制作用,结果显示五倍子提取液对成纤维细胞有显著抑制作用。五倍子终浓度25μg/ml对成纤维细胞的抑制率为17.24%,与不加药的对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),五倍子提取液终浓度越高对成纤维细胞的抑制率就越高,五倍子提取液终浓度75~600μg/ml对成纤维细胞的抑制率为36.48%~97.89%,与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001)。细胞形态学观察结果可见五倍子对成纤维细胞具有明显的影响。与对照药物5-Fu及高三尖杉酯碱对成纤维细胞的抑制作用相等。3H-TdR掺入试验提示五倍子抑制成纤维细胞的作用机理是抑制成纤维细胞的DNA合成。
The inhibitory effect of Galla extract on 3-5 conjunctiva fibroblasts of rabbits in vitro was reported. The results showed that gallnut extract had a significant inhibitory effect on fibroblasts. The inhibitory rate of fibroblasts in the final concentration of gallnut at 25μg/ml was 17.24%, which was significantly different from that of the non-medicated control group (P<0.05). The higher final concentration of gallnut extract inhibited fibroblasts. The higher the rate, the gallbladder extract concentration of 75 ~ 600μg/ml fibroblast inhibition rate was 36.48% ~ 97.89%, compared with the control group, the difference was very significant (P <0.001). The observation of cell morphology showed that gallnut had a significant effect on fibroblasts. The inhibitory effects of 5-Fu and homoharringtonine on fibroblasts were similar to those of the control drugs. The 3H-TdR incorporation test suggested that Galla inhibits fibroblasts by inhibiting fibroblast DNA synthesis.
