通过不断的教学实践研究发现,教学管理与学生管理联动机制的改革与发展提高了职业院校的人才培养质量。本人以NH职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业为例,分析该专业班级辅导员与学业导师对不同学生、不同的教学发展阶段的思想教育辅导和学业教育辅导,探究教学管理与学生管理联动机制实践对提高学生学习实效性的发展战略。
Through continuous teaching practice research, it is found that the reform and development of the linkage mechanism between teaching management and student management improve the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges. Taking the animal husbandry and veterinary specialty of NH Institute of Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the professional counselors and academic tutors for different students, different stages of education and ideological education counseling and academic education counseling to explore teaching management and student management mechanism to improve the linkage Students learn the effectiveness of the development strategy.
