近来,有些剧团为了及时听取观众对演员们演出的意见,实行了一种办法,就是在每场戏演出之前,先把该场的演员名单开列在演员评比台上,让观众在剧终后分别给各个演员挂上红牌或黑牌,用来鉴定演员在该场演出的优劣。在一些戏曲剧团里,甚至把获得评比台上的红牌,作为演员打擂比武的指标。我认为用红、黑牌来评价一个演员舞台艺术、演员态度等,是一种简单化的做法,因为观众的兴趣和爱好不同,对演员的要求也不同,也就会作出不同的评价。而这种评价却绝不是简单的红、黑牌所
