目的了解梧州市人工宝石加工行业氢氟酸使用的状况,为防治该行业接触氢氟酸可能引起的职业病,提出职业病防治干预措施。方法采用横断面调查,随机抽样方法,对人工宝石加工作业场所中氢氟酸挥发到空气中的氟化氢浓度进行检测。结果检测2家企业加工厂的氟化氢浓度为0.014~2.780mg/m3,最高容许浓度的超标率为17.65%,4家家庭作坊的氟化氢浓度为0.099~7.852mg/m3,最高容许浓度的超标率为42.86%。结论梧州市人工宝石加工行业接触氢氟酸目前仍缺乏规范的职业病防治管理措施,为预防职业病的发生,有待于有关部门制订和组织实施有效的职业病防治干预措施。
Objective To understand the status of hydrofluoric acid use in artificial gem processing industry in Wuzhou City and to put forward occupational disease prevention and control measures for the prevention and control of occupational diseases that might be caused by the industry exposure to hydrofluoric acid. Methods The cross-sectional investigation and random sampling method were used to detect the concentration of hydrofluoric acid (HF) volatilized into the air in artificial gem processing sites. Results The hydrogen fluoride concentration of two factories was 0.014 ~ 2.780mg / m3, the maximum allowable concentration was 17.65%, the hydrogen fluoride concentration of four family workshops was 0.099 ~ 7.852mg / m3, and the maximum allowable concentration was 42.86%. Conclusion There is still no standardized management and control measures for occupational disease in artificial gem processing industry in Wuzhou. To prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases, relevant departments should formulate and organize effective occupational disease prevention and intervention measures.
