注册会计师行业是以智力服务为特征的高端服务业,在落实十八大提出的中国特色社会主义建设“五位一体”新布局以及服务全面深化改革中,处于十分重要的地位。历年来,行业广大从业人员特别是各级两会代表委员积极发挥智力、专业优势,围绕行业发展、民生改善、社会治理等提出了大量提案议案,推动了有关部门出台新的政策法规和对工作进行改进,为推动全面深化改革、服务经济社会建设作出了积极贡献,也涌现了一批建言献策的先进个人。十二届全国政协委员、瑞华会计师事务所合伙人张连起结合自己参政议政经历,就如何履职尽责总结了经验,并在全国政协提案工作座谈会上作为代表作了经验交流发言,现将发言稿予以转发。希望行业各级两会委员代表向张连起委员学习,积极发挥专业智力优势,坚持问题导向,深入调查研究,围绕行业发展和“十三五”规划实施多进诤言、多谋良策,宣传行业在服务国家建设中的作用,展示行业服务全面深化改革的信心和决心。
