针对河口村水库面板堆石坝工程量大、填筑强度高、施工影响因素较多、施工组织设计复杂等问题,以动态循环网络、主导实体时钟值扫描和动态边界约束等技术建立了仿真计算模型,对面板堆石坝的施工实时动态系统仿真,并利用OGRE引擎实时渲染工程三维面貌。计算结果获得了行车密度、填筑强度、机械配置和工程进度等施工参数,实现了仿真过程的三维可视化,不仅为施工组织设计提供了数据支持,且为工程管理提供了决策依据。
In view of the problems such as large engineering quantity, high filling strength, many factors affecting the construction and complex construction design of Hekou Village Reservoir Faced Rockfill Dam, the simulation calculation is established with dynamic circulation network, dominant entity clock value scanning and dynamic boundary constraint technology Model, real-time dynamic system simulation of the rock-fill dam construction, and real-time rendering project three-dimensional appearance using OGRE engine. The calculation results obtained construction parameters such as driving density, filling strength, mechanical configuration and project progress, and realized the 3D visualization of the simulation process. This not only provided data support for construction organization design, but also provided the decision-making basis for project management.
