近3年来,我科对阻生牙拔除术后反应性张口受限的患者,行嚼肌神经封闭治疗42例,男25例,女27例。年龄18～54岁。术后张口受限时间:8～12 h出现张口受限16例,24～36 h出现张口受限22例,48 h出现张口受限4例。治疗:患者坐位,头稍向后仰,在患侧颧弓下,耳屏前2.5 cm处,即乙状切迹的中点为刺入点,刺入2～3cm,将药液(1％普鲁卡因4ml,地塞米松5mg)缓慢注入,每日1次,3d为1疗程。
In the past three years, our department had 42 cases of masculine nerve block treatment, including 25 males and 27 females, in patients with limited reactive mouth opening after impacted dental extraction. Age 18 ~ 54 years old. Postoperative mouth restriction time: 8 ~ 12h mouth restriction occurred in 16 cases, 24 ~ 36h appeared mouth restriction in 22 cases, 48h mouth opening restriction in 4 cases. Treatment: The patient sitting, head slightly back, in the affected side of the zygomatic arch, the tragus 2.5 cm at the midpoint of the sigmoidal notch for the puncturing point, piercing 2 ~ 3cm, the liquid (1% Procaine 4ml, dexamethasone 5mg) slowly into the daily 1, 3d for a course of treatment.
