企业的培训系统是一个长期投入的系统, 且系统内部复杂,既涉及到对培训各个阶段中人员、相关各类文档等资源的管理,同时还涉及到各个阶段中资金、时间等内容的管理。如此庞大的系统,单纯依靠手工管理,不仅会大量消耗企业的人工成本,同时培训系统运行的效率和效果也不尽理想。如何提升培训体系的管理效率和效果,已成为HR们日益关注的问题之一。
Enterprise training system is a long-term input system, and the system is complex, which involves not only the management of resources in all stages of training, such as related documents, but also the management of funds and time in each stage.
