测定和比较了生活在葡萄牙的两个不同人群的牙齿氟浓度 ,这两个人群居住在相互隔离的岛屿 ,具有相同的饮食习惯、职业活动、主要从事农业、年龄都在 40岁左右 ,参加者无慢性病史。两个群体暴露于不同的氟含量饮水。研究共收集和测试了 33颗牙齿 ,其中健康牙齿 1 7颗 ,未修复的龋齿 1 6颗。用核反应物19F( p,αγ) 16O分析、测定牙本质中的氟浓度。研究讨论了龋病患病率和饮水氟含量的关系 ,同时检测了不同类型牙齿 (切牙、尖牙、前磨牙和磨牙 )和机体状况 (龋病和非龋 )的氟含量变化
Dental fluoride concentrations were measured and compared between two different groups of people living in Portugal. The two groups live on isolated islands with the same eating habits and occupational activities. They are mainly engaged in agriculture and are all about 40 years old. Participants No chronic medical history. Both groups were exposed to different fluoride levels of drinking water. A total of 33 teeth were collected and tested, including 17 healthy teeth and 16 uncorrected dental caries. Fluorine concentrations in dentin were determined by nuclear reaction 19F (p, αγ) 16O analysis. The relationship between the prevalence of caries and the fluoride content of drinking water was examined and the changes in fluoride levels in different types of teeth (incisors, canines, premolar and molars) and body conditions (caries and non-caries) were examined
