粳稻资源中抗褐稻虱的抗源尚未发现。目前生产中应用的粳稻抗褐稻虱品种(系),均是通过导入籼稻抗褐稻虱基因培育而成。本研究采用我国目前推广的沪粳抗、P119(品系),秀水620、秀水664、秀水04等粳稻和IR_(64)、87_(品4)、87_(品6) TN_1等籼稻品种(系)进行非选择性、抗生性等九个抗性指标测定,并用星座图聚类分析法进行有关抗性的综合评价。结果表明:IR_(64)、为高抗;沪粳抗、87_(品4)、87_(品6)为中抗;秀水620,秀水664、P119均介于中抗与中感之间;TN_1、秀水04为感虫品种。并进行了综合评价抗性的RR指数评判法、内禀指数评判法、主成分(主因子)分析法和星座图聚类分析等的比较;认为后者较为完善。
The resistance to brown planthopper in japonica rice has not been found. At present, the japonica resistant brown planthopper varieties (lines) used in production are all cultivated by introducing the indica rice resistance to the brown planthopper gene. In this study, indica rice varieties (lines) such as japonica japonica, P119 (line), Xiushui 620, Xiushui 664, Xiushui 04 and other indica varieties (lines) IR_ (64), 87_ (品 4), 87_ (品 6) Non-selective, antibiotic and other nine resistance markers were determined, and constellation cluster analysis method for comprehensive evaluation of resistance. The results showed that IR_ (64) was high resistance; Shanghai japonica, 87_ (product 4) and 87_ (product 6) were medium resistance; Xiushui 620, Xiushui 664 and P119 were both intermediate and intermediate; TN_1 , Xiushui 04 for the flu insect species. And conducted a comprehensive evaluation of resistance RR index judgments, intrinsic index evaluation method, the main component (principal factor) analysis and constellation clustering analysis of comparison; that the latter is more perfect.
