本研究用软 X—射线仪,钡盐作为造影剂,探索小麦、水稻、玉米、蚕豆、棉花等作物不同类型种子的造影方法以及检测其生活力的技术。研究结果表明:用20%的氯化钡(BaCl_2)水溶液,直接浸渍小麦(1.5小时)、水稻(11小时),玉米(12小时)、蚕豆(1小时)、棉花(8小时)等种子,透视摄影后,通过负片检测的生活力与实际发芽力相一致,效果较好。本方法具有快速、方便、准确,不受种子其他生理条件(如休眠期等)限制等优点,可供种子检验部门应用。
In this study, soft X-ray and barium salts were used as contrast agents to explore the methods of contrasting different types of seeds in crops such as wheat, rice, corn, broad bean and cotton and to test their viability. The results showed that seeds of wheat (1.5 hours), rice (11 hours), corn (12 hours), faba bean (1 hour) and cotton (8 hours) were directly impregnated with 20% BaCl 2 aqueous solution, After the perspective photography, the viability of the negative film is consistent with the actual germination force, and the effect is better. The method has the advantages of fast, convenient and accurate and is not limited by other physiological conditions (such as dormancy period) of the seed and can be applied by the seed testing department.
