发电机定子线圈输出的交变电流,势必产生交变磁场。这个磁场与转子轴(轭)交链,又在转子轴(轭)中产生交变电势。如果发电机机座与转轴之间没有绝缘,转子轴与机座之间形成闭合同路产生电流,这个电流叫做轴电流。容量在600KW以上的发电机,厂家已经考虑到轴电流的危害,在机壳与转轴之间采取了绝缘措施。但是有些厂家在加工零件中不合格,或在总装中不小心,运行单位在检修中,都有可能使绝缘破坏,从而产生轴电流。轴电流的主要危害是加速发电机轴承(瓦)的损坏,有的损坏情况是十分惊人
Generator stator coil output alternating current, is bound to produce alternating magnetic field. This magnetic field interlinks with the rotor shaft (yoke), which in turn generates an alternating potential in the rotor shaft (yoke). If there is no insulation between the generator base and the shaft, a closed current will be generated between the rotor shaft and the base. This current is called the shaft current. Generator capacity of 600KW or more, the manufacturers have taken into account the hazards of shaft current, in the case and the shaft between the insulation measures taken. However, some manufacturers in the processing of parts failed, or in the assembly inadvertently, the operating unit in the repair, are likely to cause dielectric breakdown, resulting in shaft current. The main hazard of the shaft current is to accelerate the damage to the generator bearings (watts), and some damage is very alarming
