目的探讨正交设计法优选聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钙复合膜的制备工艺条件。方法采用正交设计法设计试验,以ω(戊二醛)、m(PVA)∶m(SA)、ω(CaCl2)和t(戊二醛与聚乙烯醇的反应时间)为考察因素,以含水率和拉断伸长率为考察指标,优化聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钙复合膜的制备工艺条件。结果最佳的制备工艺条件是:ω(戊二醛)为0.85%,m(PVA)∶m(SA)为7.5∶1,ω(CaCl2)为2%,反应时间为1.5 h。测试结果表明,制备的复合膜含水率达到83.987%,拉断伸长率为492.863%。结论优选出的制备工艺条件可行性好。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the preparation conditions of polyvinyl alcohol-calcium alginate composite membrane by orthogonal design. Methods Orthogonal design method was used to investigate the effects of ω (glutaraldehyde), m (PVA): m (SA), ω (CaCl2) and t (glutaraldehyde and polyvinyl alcohol reaction time) Moisture content and elongation at break were investigated to optimize the preparation conditions of polyvinyl alcohol-calcium alginate composite membrane. Results The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: ω (glutaraldehyde) 0.85%, m (PVA): m (SA) 7.5:1, ω (CaCl2) 2% and reaction time 1.5 h. The test results show that the prepared composite membrane has a moisture content of 83.987% and an elongation at break of 492.863%. Conclusion The best preparation conditions are feasible.
