Thurston Moore绝对就是那种传说中的工作狂——事实证明这种人确实存在,他们用永无止境的各种工作记录下自己老去的过程。首先,众所周知,Thurston Moore是经久不衰的传奇乐队Sonic Youth的主心骨。其次,Thurston Moore最近这阵子似乎尤其忙:先是赶了回时髦和星巴克音乐合作卖唱片,接着是Daydream Nation的再版以及世界巡演,穿插在此过程中想必还有在去年的专辑《Rather Ripped》使“音速老青年”迅速回潮后继续顺风为乐队写新歌,以及捎带手的在今年9月18日推出了阔别12年的全新个人专辑《Trees Outside the Academy》。
Thurston Moore is definitely the kind of legendary workaholic - it turns out that such people do exist and they document their aging processes with endless work. First, as we all know, Thurston Moore is the backbone of the enduring legendary band Sonic Youth. Second, Thurston Moore seemed especially busy this late: first hurriedly back in time with Starbucks to sell music, followed by Daydream Nation’s second edition and world tour, interspersed with the last album Rather Ripped “Sonic old youth ” continued to wind down quickly to write new songs for the band, and incidentally hand in the September 18 this year launched a brand new personal album “Trees Outside the Academy” after 12 years.
