Nanoparticles of CdS in Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films were synthesized by exposing LB films of cadrium stearate (CdSt2) to H2S. The morphology of particles and the thection of aggregation on the structure of LB films were detected by atomic force microscope (AFM).
