本文综述了近年来稀土用于热镀锌的国内、外发展概况。研究了添加稀土可使锌的耐蚀性提高1倍;添加微量稀土可改善热镀锌的性能,使热镀合金层和镀层减薄,且增强耐蚀性;锌浴中添加稀土和铝后,会大大增加锌液对热镀槽材料(08F钢)的腐蚀;实验测定了稀土在锌浴中的烧损规律。并对稀土在锌中的应用及其发展进行了探讨。
This review summarizes the domestic and overseas developments of rare earths for hot dip galvanizing in recent years. The addition of rare earth can improve the corrosion resistance of zinc by one time. Addition of trace amount of rare earth can improve the performance of hot-dip galvanizing, make the hot-dip coating and coating thinner and enhance the corrosion resistance. Adding rare earth and aluminum after zinc bath , Will greatly increase the corrosion of hot dip galvanized bath material (08F steel) by zinc solution. The law of burning of rare earth in zinc bath was determined experimentally. The application of RE in zinc and its development are also discussed.
