在未成年思想道德建设中,石家庄市着力构建学校、社会、家庭“三位一体”教育网络,把德育教育贯穿到来成年人成长全过程。全市已建成未成年人思想道蒋教育基地300余个,充分发挥27000余名“五老”和关心下一代协会会员作用,广泛开展未成年人道德教育实践活动。全市建立了家长学校1858所,咨询站424个,2005年举办各类家教讲座3004场,家庭对未成年人的教育能力、水平显著提高。石家庄市被教育部确定为首批心理健康教育试点城市,在全市城区80％、农村60％以上的学校做到了心理健康教育场所、教材、教师、制度、计划“五落实”,现已有185名教师获得国家颁发的心理师证书。石家庄市中小学生校外综合活动实践基地被中央文明办、教育部、团中央等六部委联合命名为“全国青少年校外活动示范基地”。“全国帮助未成年人预防和戒除网瘾工作经验交流暨现场推进会”在石家庄召开,与会专家达成“石家庄共识”,即帮助未成年人预防和戒除网瘾工作已取得积极成效,今后要扎实推进未成年人绿色上网活动,努力建设未成年人网瘾防治体系。建设中的石家庄市中华传统美蒋教育实践中心和石家庄市未成年人心理维护中心,将会为未成年人营造良好的成长环境,推动未成年人思想道德建设进一步深化起到积极作用。
In the minor ideological and moral construction, Shijiazhuang efforts to build school, society, family “Trinity” education network, the moral education throughout the adult growth process. The city has established more than 300 ideological education bases for minors, giving full play to its role as a member of the NGO and giving full play to its role as a member of the NGO Association. More than 20,000 practitioners have taken part in the practice of moral education for minors. The city established 1858 parent schools, consulting stations 424, 2005 held various types of tutoring seminars 3004, families of minors education ability, significantly improved. Shijiazhuang City was identified as the first pilot city of mental health education by the Ministry of Education. 80% of urban areas in the city and more than 60% of rural schools have achieved mental health education sites, teaching materials, teachers, systems and plans. Teachers won the national psychologist certificate. Shijiazhuang primary and secondary school students outside the comprehensive base of activities by the Central Civilization Office, Ministry of Education, the Central Committee and other six ministries jointly named “National Youth Extra-curricular activities demonstration base.” The National Workshop on Assisting and Preventing Internet Addiction from Preventing and Abolishing Internet Addiction was held in Shijiazhuang and reached consensus on “Shijiazhuang Consensus”, that is, to help minors to prevent and eliminate internet addiction, and to achieve solid results in the future Adolescents to promote green Internet activities, and strive to build juvenile addiction prevention and control system. The construction of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese and American Chiang Kai-shek Educational Practice Center and Shijiazhuang Minors Psychological Maintenance Center will play an active role in creating a healthy environment for minors and promoting the further deepening of minors’ ideological and moral construction.
