当前我国就业市场存在毕业生“就业难”而企业“用工荒”的两难现象。毕业生就业的数量和质量是高职学校人才培养水平的体现。针对我国高职课程体系构建存在的一些弊端,进行基于就业导向的高职工程造价课程体系构建,有利于提高工程造价专业的人才培养水平,有利于解决就业市场的两难问题。构建高职工程造价课程体系应遵循职业性、校企合作、整合性、模块化、动态性等原则,以就业市场的需要为导向,以提高学生的综合素质为目标,以职业生涯发展为主线,保证人才培养目标的实现。
