在非洲刚果民主共和国首都金沙萨全部市政道路中铺设的沥青混凝土路面均为单层结构,厚度仅有5cm。通过金沙萨市政道路的沥青混凝土路面施工,着重分析了沥青混凝土强度形成机理,研讨了施工各个环节提高沥青混合料强度的措施,结合工程实践从沥青混凝土路面施工全过程出发,分别从原材料、配合比选择到沥青混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压及成型等方面着手,简要阐述了单层沥青混凝土路面施工质量控制措施。以期达到提高较薄的单层沥青混凝土路面结构的使用品质和耐久性的目的。
Asphalt pavements laid in all municipal roads in the capital city of Kinshasa in Africa are all single-story structures with a thickness of only 5 cm. Through the asphalt pavement construction in Kinshasa municipal road, the strength formation mechanism of asphalt concrete is analyzed emphatically. The measures to improve the strength of asphalt mixture in all aspects of construction are discussed. Combined with the engineering practice, the whole process of asphalt pavement construction is analyzed. Compared with the choice of asphalt mixing, transportation, paving, rolling and forming and so on, briefly describes the single-layer asphalt concrete pavement construction quality control measures. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the service quality and durability of the thinner single-layer asphalt pavement structure.
