以碳酸镧铈和少钕碳酸稀土为前驱体,采用工业制备方法制备铈基稀土抛光粉。研究了氟含量对铈基稀土抛光粉物相组成和形貌的影响以及磨削前后抛光粉颗粒的形貌变化。结果表明,铈基稀土抛光粉由基体相Ce_(1-x)La_xO_2和分布在其中的第二相组成。随着氟含量的增加第二相由CeF_2、LaF_2、LaF_3的顺序发生种类和含量的变化。比较研磨实验前后发现,研磨后抛光粉颗粒被明显磨削,磨削发生在颗粒的尖角部位,磨削方向为颗粒的〈001〉方向,磨削后颗粒(100)面增加,(111)面减少。
The cerium-based rare earth polishing powder was prepared by industrial preparation method using lanthanum cerium carbonate and rare earth rare earth as precursors. The effects of fluorine content on the phase composition and morphology of cerium-based rare earth polishing powders and the morphologies of the polishing powders before and after grinding were investigated. The results show that the cerium-based rare earth polishing powder consists of the matrix phase Ce_ (1-x) La_xO_2 and the second phase distributed therein. With the increase of fluorine content, the second phase changed from species and content of CeF_2, LaF_2 and LaF_3. Before and after the comparison grinding experiment, it was found that the grinding powder particles were obviously ground, the grinding occurred at the sharp corner of the particles, the grinding direction was the <001> direction of the particles, the (100) Reduced surface.
