诺贝尔化学奖金,是化学家的无上荣誉,得奖者当然都是在化学上有伟大贡献之人。奖金的数目雖是有限,但是获得这种荣誉的价值,那就无法估计的。这里就1948年诺贝尔化学奖金的得奖人蒂司留斯Arne Tiselius作一简略的介绍,这在编者能在本刊的一角,获此报导的机会,自以为也是一种荣誉。蒂司留斯是瑞典人,于1902年八月十日生於瑞京Sockholm,1924年毕业于该国的Uppsala大学,1930获博士学位,旋即被任为该大学之生物化学教授。他获得博士学位的论文是“研究蛋白质电气泳动性的边界移动法”(Th moving bound-ary method of studying the electrophoresis ofprote ns)。这种方法,是研究蛋白质结构的重要

Although the number of bonuses is limited, the value of obtaining such an honor can not be estimated. Here’s a brief introduction to Arne Tiselius, winner of the 1948 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, who is self-righteous and honored to have the opportunity to be covered in the journal by the editor. Tis Reuss was a Swede and was born in Sockholm, Sweden, on August 10, 1902. He graduated from Uppsala University in the country in 1924 and received a doctorate in 1930. He was immediately appointed professor of biochemistry at the university.
