天水市地处甘肃省东部,人口332万,土地面积14300平方公里,下辖两个区、5个县,是国家历史文化名城。作为旅游开发城市,天水市位于长江水系和黄河水系的交汇处,境内兼具南方的秀丽和北方的雄浑。“十五”期间,天水市如何巧借西部大开发的机遇,突出当地的特色,抢抓机遇图发展?就这一问题天水市市长张津梁近日接受了本刊记者的采访。
Located in the east of Gansu Province, Tianshui City has a population of 3.32 million and a land area of 14,300 square kilometers. It is under the jurisdiction of two districts and five counties and is a national historical and cultural city. As a tourist development city, Tianshui City is located at the confluence of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River. Both the beauty of the south and the vigorous north are within the boundaries.
