目的:通过建立蜂胶药材HPLC指纹图谱,评价不同产地蜂胶药材质量的差异,为蜂胶原料适宜产地的选择提供实验依据。方法:采用HPLC测定4个不同主产区14批不同产地蜂胶药材的指纹图谱,并采用国家药典委员会颁布的“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”(2004 A)和聚类分析对指纹图谱进行相似度比较。结果:建立蜂胶药材指纹图谱共有模式,标定12个指纹图谱共有峰,14批蜂胶药材中9批蜂胶药材的相似度>0.90,说明不同主产区及同一主产区不同产地蜂胶指纹图谱既有共性又存在一定差异。结论:建立的方法精密度、重复性和稳定性较好,可用于蜂胶药材的的质量控制及产地鉴别。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of propolis, to evaluate the difference of the quality of propolis in different producing areas, and to provide an experimental basis for the selection of propolis suitable origin. Methods: Fingerprints of 14 batches of propolis from four different producing areas were determined by HPLC. The fingerprints of the propolis samples from four different producing areas were analyzed by the National Pharmacopoeia Committee (2004 A) and the cluster analysis Atlas of similarity. Results: The common pattern of the fingerprint of propolis was established and the common peaks of 12 fingerprints were calibrated. The similarity of 9 batches of propolis medicinal herbs among the 14 batches of propolis was> 0.90, indicating that the fingerprint of propolis in different producing areas and in different areas There are some commonalities and differences. Conclusion: The established method has good precision, repeatability and stability and can be used for the quality control and identification of propolis.
