资讯时代其实应称为网络时代,因为网络才是让电脑真正改变生活及工作的媒介。 据财星杂志估计,企业界投资在资讯处理及创造上的金额,早在1993年就已超过资本额,但对这个新的时代,学者专家并未能整理出一套规则或理论说明,只能用“唯一不变的就是变”来说明。 近来著名的美国Internet杂志WIRED提出网络经济十二条法则,认为资讯时代其实应称为网络时代,因为网络才是让电脑真正改变生活及工作的媒介。该杂志认为网络时代的变动虽然很快,但是仍可整理出规则,虽然这些法则也许只能适用数十年,但对身处当代的企业人而言,却相当具有参考价值。
