提出了一种1550nm波长的二维正方晶格光子晶体三模式模分复用/解复用器。该器件由两个非对称定向耦合结构组成,可以实现TE0、TE1和TE2模式的模分复用与解复用。同时为了防止波导耦合处的模式失配问题,波导耦合处采用了渐变结构。利用时域有限差分法和平面波展开法对其性能进行分析,结果表明:该器件在1550nm波长TE0、TE1和TE2模式的模分复用/解复用的插入损耗低于0.14dB,信道串扰低于-20dB。
A 1550 nm wavelength two-dimensional square lattice photonic crystal three-mode D / M multiplexer is proposed. The device consists of two asymmetric directional coupling structure, can achieve TE0, TE1 and TE2 mode division multiplexing and demultiplexing. At the same time in order to prevent the waveguide coupling at the mode mismatch problem, the waveguide coupling using a gradient structure. The finite-difference time-domain method and the plane wave expansion method are used to analyze the performance of the device. The results show that the insertion loss of the device in mode-division multiplexing / demultiplexing of TE0, TE1 and TE2 at 1550nm is lower than 0.14dB, and the channel crosstalk is low At -20dB.
