为了解不同剂量局部照射对大鼠睾丸重量、超微结构及性激素、白细胞的影响,对大鼠不同剂量局部照射后,睾丸组织称重,超微结构观察,测定血清睾酮、促卵泡激素水平,白细胞计数。结果表明,睾丸组织重量随照射剂量增加及时间延长,逐渐减轻,并与照射剂量及时间呈正相关;但当照射剂量增加,照射时间延长至一定程度后,睾丸重量基本不变,出现相对恒定期,超微结构观察可见生精细胞变性、坏死、脱落,随时间延长呈不可逆性变化;间质细胞形态结构变化不明显,随照后时间延长其形态结构数量完全恢复。整个实验过程中,睾酮、促卵泡激素、白细胞计数无显著变化。上述结果提示,睾丸局部照射可损伤其生精功能,而性激素分泌及白细胞不受影响。
In order to understand the effects of different doses of local irradiation on testicular weight, ultrastructure and sex hormones and leukocytes in rats, we observed the weight and ultrastructure of testicular tissue after different doses of local irradiation, and measured the levels of serum testosterone and follicle stimulating hormone, White blood cell count. The results showed that the weight of testis decreased gradually with the increase of irradiation dose and time, and it was positively correlated with dose and time of irradiation. However, when irradiation dose was prolonged to a certain extent, the weight of testicle remained unchanged and relatively constant The results showed that the spermatogenic cells were degenerated, necrotic and exfoliated, and showed irreversible changes with time. The morphological changes of interstitial cells were not obvious, and the number of morphological structures recovered completely with the prolongation of time. Throughout the experiment, testosterone, follicle-stimulating hormone, white blood cell count no significant change. The above results suggest that local testicular damage can impair its spermatogenesis, while the secretion of sex hormones and leukocytes are not affected.
