2007年2月北京市建委共批准销售许可证24张,涉及项目数为23个,总批准销售面积为87.63万平方米。与去年同期相比,项目数增加了8个,供应面积也增加了31.57%。与上月环比来看,由于受春节的影响,2月份新增供应量与1月份相比明显减少,项目数减少了25个,预售面积减少了45.78%。虽然月度同比增加,但2月份总量较小,前两个月的供应量仍远少于去年同期,业内不少人预期的2006年调控后供应放量趋势仍不明显。
February 2007 Beijing Municipal Construction Commission approved a total of 24 sales permits, involving a number of projects for the 23, the total approved sales area of 876,300 square meters. Compared with the same period of last year, the number of projects has increased by 8 and the supply area has also increased by 31.57%. As compared with the previous month, due to the influence of the Spring Festival, the new supply in February decreased significantly compared with that in January, the number of projects decreased by 25 and the pre-sale area decreased by 45.78%. Although monthly increase year on year, but the total amount in February is smaller, the supply of the first two months is still far less than the same period last year, many people in the industry expected supply control after the 2006 trend is still not obvious.
