一、教材分析《保持乐观心态》是苏教版《思想品德》八年级上册第一单元第二课的第二框。本节课主要讲的是保持乐观心态的意义以及保持乐观心态的具体方法。本节课是本册第一单元第一课《好习惯受用一生》的延伸,同时也是学习第一单元第二课第三框《向自己的目标迈进》和第一单元第三课《优良的意志品质》的基础,因此具有承上启下的重要作用。
