今年是我国实行改革开放20周年。1978年12月18日,我们党召开了十一届三中全会,这是我们党和国家历史上非常重要的一次会议。这次全会为我们党重新确立了解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,实现了全党工作重点的历史性转变,开辟了改革开放和集中力量进行社会主义现代化建设的历史新时期。 20年来,随着以推行农村家庭联产承包责任制为标志的农村改革的不断深入,我省农业、农村经济全面发展,农村社会全面进步,取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就。为纪念党的十一届三中全会20周年,从本期起,在新辟的“回顾与展望”专栏刊登纪念文章,旨在通过回顾和总结改革开放20周年来我省农业和农村经济取得的辉煌成就和实践经验,进一步增强广大农村干部和群众高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,坚持改革开放,加快农村两个文明建设,推进富民兴黔伟大事业的信心和决心。 欢迎您踊跃惠赐反映我省农村改革开放、加快发展的新思路、新举措、新业绩、新经验和新的精神风貌的得意之作。
This year marks the 20th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up. On December 18, 1978, our party convened the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee. This is a very important conference in the history of our party and our country. This plenary meeting re-established our party’s ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, realized a historic shift in the focus of the work of the entire party, and opened up a new historical period in which reform and opening up and concentrated forces are on the building of socialist modernization. Over the past 20 years, with the continuous deepening of rural reforms marked by the implementation of the household contract responsibility system in rural areas, the agriculture and rural economy in our province have been developing in an all-round way and all-round rural social progress has made remarkable achievements that have attracted worldwide attention.
