战略性新兴产业对于调整产业结构、化解产能过剩具有重大作用,大力发展战略性新兴产业成为了各级政府部门的共识;但同时,应坚持创新驱动,发挥比较优势,注意潜在风险和发展机遇并存,树立底线思维,坚持适度开发、有序发展,预防战略性新兴产业产能过剩。文章认为,我国战略性新兴产业发展的路径选择,一是坚持创新驱动,做好顶层设计;二是坚持中西部和东部地区差别发展、因地制宜;三是树立底线思维,坚持适度发展。
Strategic emerging industries play a significant role in adjusting industrial structure and resolving excess capacity.
