目的从金属粘结面的不同处理及粘结桥的不同设计,来探讨后牙金属翼板粘结桥的临床应用价值。方法观察金属粘结面在喷砂和氧化处理前、后及后牙粘结桥设计牙合支托及颊突的一年脱落率。结果对金属粘结面进行喷砂及氧化处理,其一年脱落率由处理前的61.5%下降为处理后的12.5%;后牙金属翼板粘结桥不设计牙合支托,其脱落率为100%;不设计颊突,其脱落率为62.5%;而同时设计牙合支托及颊突,其脱落率仅为12.5%。结论金属粘结面经喷砂及氧化处理,可增加后牙粘结桥的粘结强度;设计牙合支托及颊突是后牙金属翼板粘结桥所必需的。
Objective To explore the clinical value of the posterior teeth metal flange bonding bridges from the different treatment of the metal bonding surfaces and the different design of the bonding bridges. Methods To observe the one year off rate of occlusal support and buccal process of metal bonding surface before and after sandblasting and oxidation treatment. Results The bonding surface of the metal was sandblasted and oxidized, the dropping rate of one year was reduced from 61.5% before treatment to 12.5% after treatment. The dental prostheses , The abortion rate was 100%; without buccal protrusion, the abortion rate was 62.5%; while the design of occlusal support and buccal processes, the loss rate was only 12.5%. Conclusions The metal bonding surface is sandblasted and oxidized to increase the bond strength of the posterior teeth bond bridges. It is necessary to design the occlusal support and the cheek bump to be the bonding bridge of the posterior teeth metal flange.
