应用抗骨形成蛋白的单克隆抗体(BMP—McAb),研究骨形成蛋白(BMP)在胎儿骨中的分布,并结合图像分析显微定量.观察BMP在胎儿骨和成人骨含量上的差别。结果显示:BMP在胎儿软骨膜、骨膜、成软骨细胞、成骨细胞和血管周围等部位有大量分布;胎儿骨BMP含量明显多于成人骨,说明BMP在胎儿骨的发生发育过程中起重要作用。
The use of anti-bone morphogenetic protein monoclonal antibody (BMP-McAb) to study the distribution of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) in fetal bone, combined with image analysis of micro-quantitative. To observe the BMP bone in adult and adult differences in bone content. The results showed that there was a large number of distribution of BMP in fetal cartilage membrane, periosteum, chondrocytes, osteoblasts and perivascular areas. The content of BMP in fetal bone was significantly higher than that in adult bone, indicating that BMP plays an important role in the development of fetal bone .
