高山能产好茶,是长期生产实践累积的经验和感性概念。“高山”与“好茶”有何因果关系,迄今仍是众说纷纭、未获完善的科学阐明。作者试图从茶树物质代谢与高山生态环境之间的关系去探索“好茶”的机理。
High mountains can produce good tea, is the accumulated experience and perceptual concept of long-term production practice. The causal relationship between “alpine” and “good tea” has so far been divided into different opinions and has not been fully clarified by science. The author attempts to explore the mechanism of “good tea” from the relationship between the material metabolism of tea tree and the alpine ecological environment.
