院系两级管理体制是高职教育管理体制改革的必经之路。本文分析了高职院校实施院系两级管理体制的依据和权、责、利之间的关系,探索了在高职院校构建院系两级管理体制的方法。
The Two-level Management System in Colleges and Universities is the Only Way to Reform the Management System of Higher Vocational Education. This paper analyzes the basis of the implementation of the two levels of management system and the relationship between power, responsibility and benefit in higher vocational colleges and explores the method of establishing the two levels of management system in higher vocational colleges.
