将5%四氧嘧啶(aloxan)按200mg/kg体重经前腔静脉注射入小型猪体内,分别于4、7、11、19、24、36、48、72、96、120h测定小型猪血液生化指标;并于注射四氧嘧啶后72h进行糖耐量实验,最后做形态学检查。结果表明受试组血糖明显高于对照组,且糖耐量异常。注射四氧嘧啶后的2~3天,受试组血清总蛋白量呈下降趋势;受试组尿糖转阳,而对照组尿糖阴性。病理形态学所见,肾上腺皮质束状区上皮细胞变性,胞浆空泡状,部分区域核浓染;皮质网状区上皮细胞呈空泡状。而两组猪的胰、心肌、肝、脾、肺、胃、肠、主动脉、甲状腺等器官未见异常

The two groups of pigs, pancreas, myocardium, liver, spleen, lung, stomach, intestine, aorta, thyroid and other organs were not abnormal
