探讨了血管机配合平阳霉素治疗婴幼儿草莓状血管瘤的效果。使用进口SPTL－1b血管机，设定能量8．0～9．1J／cm2，按寿氏法［1］注射PYM，治疗间隔4～8周。所有病人经三次治疗痊愈，仅二例留有表浅疤痕。结论：SPTL－1b复合PYM在婴幼儿草莓状血管瘤治疗上有较好的临床效果。
The effects of vascular machine and Pingyangmycin on infantile strawberry hemangioma were discussed. Using imported SPTL-1b vascular machine, set the energy 8.0 ~ 9.1J/cm2, according to life’s method [1] PYM injection, treatment interval of 4 to 8 weeks. All patients recovered after three treatments and only two patients had superficial scars. Conclusion: SPTL-1b composite PYM has good clinical effect in the treatment of infantile hemangioma.
